PRIMARY FUNCTION :
The person will provide both front line operational support to Precision Farming customers within the customer support center as well as going out into the field when needed to assist with hands-on troubleshooting.
This position is responsible for providing online and onsite support to customers and dealers in order to assist with unit activations, support delivery of customer trainings on precision equipment (during offseason) and to assist as needed with new product testing and evaluation.
This position is the 1st step in becoming an "expert" for current and newly launched precision products as well as to grow within the Precision Solutions & Telematics Organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support resolution of customers / dealers product questions and issues through the AFS and PLM support line;
Follow up on calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction;
Prepare and distribute to customers / dealers any material needed to facilitate current or future troubleshooting;
Prioritize and report most frequent technical issues sharing them within local precision teams or escalating within the End User Support group and / or Technical support;
Interface with local PS&T specialists to coordinate specific actions needed with dealers and / or customers;
Support, during the offseason peaks, field activities such as demonstrations, customer trainings, fairs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Strong aptitude in Agricultural practices with demonstrated technical capability;
Good listener to diverse audiences;
Capable of working under pressure and on sensitive matters;
Good team player capable of multitasking and working effectively with other functions;
Willing to travel when needed;
Ability to work under a fluctuating schedule Monday through Friday;
Expert skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
Strong problem solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Polish and English is mandatory.
