We are looking for a Regional Mechanic Manager to lead the company-wide repair, assembly, quality assurance, and maintenance of our bikes and scooters in CEE.
You will collaborate with a dynamic group of individuals from a variety of departments to ensure that our scooters and bikes are fulfilling their purpose in improving the lives of their users.
You will get to work with a team of talented individuals, while defining the standards and processes for our mechanics teams.
What You'll Do
Creating guidelines, training, supervising, and leading repair in CEE.
Track and report all information tied to repair operations
Communicating with software, and hardware organizations to ensure timely conflict resolution
Collaborate closely with our China hardware team
Provide hardware design feedback and resolve quality control issues
Manage potential urgent crises for daily infrastructure operations
Fluent in English
5+ years of Operations Management experience
Excellent management and communication skills
Knowledge of hardware design and software tools
Ideally experienced in bike maintenance
Ability to travel across the globe up to 75% of time
