YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG

Support UX projects : You will support internal customers to build outstanding digital products and services. You will experience an exciting domain of industry and manufacturing, with possibility to expand to other Bosch domains as well.

Experience collaboration : You will be a part of the User Experience, Business Modelling and Communication department of the Bosch Corporate IT and you will collaborate closely with different disciplines (user researchers, interaction designers, software developers, requirement managers, product managers etc.

as well as customers and domain experts in an international context.

Your tasks :

  • You will build up a network of internal customers and partners in the area of Industry and Manufacturing globally.
  • You will consult our customers on how to implement UCD approach in product development and bring new business opportunities to our department.
  • You will strengthen the design thinking culture within the Bosch Corporate IT.
  • You will set up UX strategy for projects and lead UX teams to fulfill it.
  • You will also work on projects, providing workshops, research, or design

  • Focus on both customer and end-user needs to meet business goals with excellent user experience
  • Able to work remotely in international teams (we work in hybrid mode)
  • Experience and know how :

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the field of user experience design
  • Experience in successful UX consulting, proved by achieving new business opportunities
  • Experience in leading functional teams
  • Ability to conduct scoping workshops and prepare tailor-made proposals
  • Ability to create customer journey maps, stakeholder maps, service blueprints, user flows
  • Good understanding of how UX operates in Scrum
  • Experience in working as UX Researcher, UX Designer or Interaction Designer
  • Languages : High level English language proficiency required; proficiency in German is a plus (not required)

    Education : Diploma or Bachelor / Master’s degree in user experience design, psychology, sociology, cognitive sciences, or a comparable field of study
