We are looking for DRP Business Processes Expert to join Warsaw Planning Hub in Warsaw city center. Person will be part of multifunctional, young and dynamic Planning Capability Team and play key role in delivering higher organization efficiency and business results via identifying and implementing business processes automation opportunities at total hub level as well as developing capability across hub organization.
Acting as COE for MPS & MSP Expertise for Wella Company (Professional Hair / Retail Hair / NAIL / GHD) in terms of systems and business processes.
Providing high level expertise in Supply Planning System and support / coordination of complex cases resolution and inefficiencies
Playing key role in technical roll-out of the new planning systems during Transitions / IT infrastructure changes or SND projects.
Leading execution for Supply Planning in respective stream.
Input on feasibility and risks assessment for planning systems & processes for major SND projects led by core business
Owning E2E Planning Process Map and delivering regular health check.
Proactive escalation and resolution of business / organizational risks due to process & system gaps.
Close and continuous work with the business to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in planning processes and systems.
Continuous delivery of synergy and scale b / w Professional Hair / Retail Hair and Nail.
Maintaining portfolio of structural business process improvement & automation projects in Supply Planning to improve quality of business results of operational efficiency.
Driving decision across Supply Chain Leadership team on projects master plan and investments
Co-owning and planning budget for project delivery
Initiating and leading e2e delivery of those projects including internal MVP and further coordination with External Vendors.
Owning & Developing Core Technical Skills, Capability Building, Training & Qualification Programs. Establishing and leading network of KU / power users.
Maintaining regular connect with BPX network outside of Supply Planning. Identify synergies and drive sync on the work.

Master degree or higher (logistic, economy or production)
5+ years of experience in supply chain
Practical knowledge of specific supply chain areas (preferable production planning, materials supply, inventory management and manufacturing operations)
JDA / SAP DRP Solution usage / knowledge and basic experience with Office 365 functionalities
Strong project management / value stream mapping experience
Solid Business process improvement experience / track
Strong English verbal / written communication skills
Solid business writing and presentation skills
Ability to operate with High level of independency and to learn independently & proactively
Critical & strategic thinking
Experience in inventory planning and in demand planning
Planning processes knowledge in Supply Chain area
Project management qualifications
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and / or projects and as supply chain leader
