Thisrole performs daily treasury operations associated to shareholder activityincluding payments processing, cash administration, foreign exchange executionand settlement inquiries troubleshooting.
This Senior Treasury Analyst also assists in monitoring the daily workperformed by the department Treasury Analyst.The role also supports the processing of fund / custody cashmovements.
Additionally, the role worksin a multi-site, global environment.
Working hours : 1.00PM - 10.00PM
What arethe ongoing responsibilities of Senior Treasury Analyst-TACC GCS?
Productivityand efficiency :
Ensure all department daily work iscompleted timely, accurately and according to procedures
Review end of day validationcontrols and / or departmental checklists
Maintain, recommend and implementefficient departmental processes and ensure departmental procedures are keptcurrent and an effective control environment is maintained
Perform outgoing payments andforeign exchanges contracts review and approval
Perform unpaid buy deals settlementreview / approval
Provide guidance to Analysts,serving as a role model integrating the group policies
Perform Analysts training on GCSoperations
Ensure service continuity tointernal clients.Ensure regularfeedback is provided to stakeholders
Ensure all management reporting iscomplete, timely and effective given any process or data changes
Oversee and control diagnosis andsuccessful troubleshooting of settlement / treasury related inquiries
Guide GCS staff members in resolvingnon-routine problems and bring to the attention of Supervisor / Manager, asnecessary
Ensure timely resolution of issueswhile taking into consideration impact of issues to other TACC / TA areas andsites
Identify inter-departmental workflowissues impacting the GCS area, communicate to management & with all otherstakeholders affected to address issues / inefficiencies
Help to resolve escalated issues
Recommend changes to further enhancethe systems and workflows in place in the department for productivity gains.Assist in testing new features of systems / workflow changes
Recommend controls, guidelines, andchanges by describing methods, writing procedures, identifying problems,developing improvements
Work on special projects asassigned, such as participation as a subject matter expert on an enhancementrecommendation or working on an exception identified that resulted in a project
Maintain a regular communicationmedium with business partners to discuss service levels and trends identified.Co-ordinate and review reporting service levels with our banking partners
Maximize communications standardswith banking partners and other offices / departments by providing help,answering questions
Maintain quality standards forexternal and internal verbal / written communication
Provide status updates to managementon production related issues

Education and experience :
Required skills :
Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment Proficient in the use of MS Office products
Excellent communication skills, persistence and tact
Ability to work with a small team within a global / international environment
Good with figures
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Very good organizational skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving skills - ability to analyze problems and determine and / or recommend resolutions
Experience in back office banking operations or with banking software
