Within HR strategy Radiometer is launching a stronger collaboration between Denmark - where our headquarters is located - and Poland, where we have the biggest operational site with some other supporting functions.
To do co, we would like to hire HR Administrator working cross-country.
With reference to Manager, HR Administration in Stargard you will join an international team of highly skilled colleagues in HR&GA department.
HR Administration team provide an effective HR administration service, ensuring accurate HR records on all employees.
Your key responsibilities :
HR e-system (Workday) entries associates : hires, terminations, job changes and compensation changes for the associates.
Danish blue collar employees and apprentice compensation change in Workday.
Provide and use basic reports from Workday for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data accuracy.
Local Polish payroll system entries for Polish associates concerning employment conditions.
Time registering, mainly for Poland, in case of Denmark some support & reporting needed.
Preparing job contracts, termination agreements and other HR documentation according to Danish, Polish regulations (aligned with the standard and in the HRIS system).
Maintaining personal files in the order and according to the regulations.
Supporting the Labour Relations team in Denmark with various tasks.
Our expectations :
Higher education (BSc or MSc), preferred majors : economics, statistics, law&administration or high school graduation together with work experience in HR : data handling, maintenance and reporting.
Experience with HRIS (Workday, Xpertis, Płatnik etc.)
English speaking and writing at a good level to be able to prepare documentation in English and communicate with Danish (other Radiometer subsidiaries) colleagues.
Knowledgeable in MS Office programs, especially Excel is expected to be at a relatively good level.
Developed detail orientation, organization as well as analytical and coordinating skills.
Self-drives, organized and good team member.
Willing and be able to travel to the headquarter in Copenhagen, occasionally.
Willingness to work in a matrix organization with a direct supervisor in Poland.
