An outstanding opportunity to join us as a People Development Lead to manage and drive the learning & development strategy for Credit Suisse Poland.
In this impactful role you will be collaborating with local business leads, HR Business Partners and colleagues across Leadership and People Development to understand business strategies and translate them into value add learning solutions.
You will be responsible for assessing program content, build positive relationships with external vendors and facilitate various People Development events which you will market in the region.
You will be an integral part of the global People Development team and will support global projects. As the Country Learning Business Partner Poland you will be responsible for team development and ongoing mentorship of the team in the region.
