Our recruiting team are helping to build the organisation that we all want to work for. We seek to hire the best talent for our Poland-based offices.

Our key objective is to bring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Our mission is to position LSEG as the employer of choice on the local job market.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Leading recruitment for a variety of positions and seniority levels
  • Discussing the recruitment needs and strategy with internal partners from different levels of our organisation
  • Implementing innovative and cost-efficient sourcing strategies, linked with business needs
  • Coordinating recruitment processes through the hiring lifecycle (sourcing, phone screening, interviews scheduling, offering feedback)
  • Operating on Workday ATS
  • Contributing to recruitment marketing events and activities, as well as becoming an ambassador of the LSEG employer brand
  • What should you bring?

  • Prior recruitment experience, especially useful if you come from a fast-paced, global environment
  • Shown skills in sourcing candidates using a number of different methods
  • Outstanding client service orientation and communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of management and candidates of various seniority
  • A willingness to take on numerous phone conversations
  • Strong organisational skills, able to balance multiple recruitment processes daily
  • Speed to complete tasks within agreed timeframes
  • Very good spoken and written English is a must, Polish language is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on approach and flexibility while some priorities may change abruptly
