As a member of the dynamic support team you will handle end-to-end service delivery through ServiceNow to ensure business continuity and satisfaction for colleagues around the globe.
Among the tasks you will encounter on a daily basis are :
Responsible for end-to-end service delivery with focus on business fit, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and business continuity
Take responsibility for incidents and service requests resolution and distribute incidents to correct instance
Communicate and collaborate with business, IT and service provider stakeholder to ensure high user satisfaction
Contribute with service support requirement specification to operations lead
Readiness to provide 24x7 support (mainly nights, weekends and holidays shifts)
Readiness to provide on call support
These are the skills you need to bring
Apart from this we would like you to have :
Experience from working in IT Service Desks or IT Support area is a plus
Good understanding of technical constraints of the service consumers
Basic knowledge of incident management process
Experience in working with ITSM tool (for example ServiceNow) is a plus
General knowledge of the IT (with focus on IT services)
Basic knowledge in one or more areas : Networking, Azure or other cloud based infrastructure service, Active Directory, Office 365, End User Platform
At least 2 years IT experience (including university education)
