As a member of the dynamic support team you will handle end-to-end service delivery through ServiceNow to ensure business continuity and satisfaction for colleagues around the globe.

Among the tasks you will encounter on a daily basis are :

  • Responsible for end-to-end service delivery with focus on business fit, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and business continuity
  • Take responsibility for incidents and service requests resolution and distribute incidents to correct instance
  • Communicate and collaborate with business, IT and service provider stakeholder to ensure high user satisfaction
  • Contribute with service support requirement specification to operations lead
  • Readiness to provide 24x7 support (mainly nights, weekends and holidays shifts)
  • Readiness to provide on call support
  • These are the skills you need to bring

    Apart from this we would like you to have :

  • Experience from working in IT Service Desks or IT Support area is a plus
  • Good understanding of technical constraints of the service consumers
  • Basic knowledge of incident management process
  • Experience in working with ITSM tool (for example ServiceNow) is a plus
  • General knowledge of the IT (with focus on IT services)
  • Basic knowledge in one or more areas : Networking, Azure or other cloud based infrastructure service, Active Directory, Office 365, End User Platform
  • At least 2 years IT experience (including university education)
