Currently for our client we are looking for :
Junior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst / Controlling Specialist
Controlling Department)
Responsibilities :
Financial controlling for production plants and Admin entities - responsibility for full P&L
Close cooperation and support Operational Departments / Plant Manager / Business controllers
Control over EBITDA including sales & margin analysis
Monitor and analyze actual vs budget / prior year results (deviation analysis)
Manage month end closing process
Participation in budget process
Monitor working capital
Prepare and report Inventory revaluation
Prepare analysis for local and group needs
Monitor financial performance - close cooperation with the accounting departments, Business / Segment Controllers, Auditors
Proactive work on process improvements,
Optimization and standarization.
The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes :
At least two year of professional experience, preferably on a similar position
English on advanced level
German nice to have
Drive for learning and personal development
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Orientation on goal, highly developed analytical skills
Engagement and taking responsibility
Proactive approach and problem solving attitude
Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP system knowledge
