You shall be managing the day to day work of the team, leadership of a Pricing, Rebates / Chargeback supporting EMEA operations
Your key requirements in this role
Taking ownership in driving accurate and timely pricing and rebate process ensuring seamless end to end process is delivered
Coordinate priorities for resolution of price, rebates and chargeback queries
Developing and engaging the team to build capability and drive their performance
Maintain a strong culture of internal control to ensure a 'well controlled' audit finding
Lead and drive Continuous Improvement and standardization of processes, to reduce process waste,
Lead interaction and resolution of service delivery issues with appropriate teams and external customers
Identify and communicate performance expectations for team members : provide feedback about performance and potential : identify development needs and provide development opportunities in order to achieve business results and achieve talent growth.
Qualifications required :
Experience in accounting, preferably in a Pricing & Rebates process (Strong Paras, DMS)
SAP working knowledge
Strong analytical skills, able to analyse reports (able to identify themes and make recommendations)
Strong communicator with experience of influencing stakeholders and management.
Demonstrable track of experience in leading a team in accounts receivable / pricing and rebates process
Minimum 1 full cycle of performance review being a people manager
Language requirement :
Fluent English and Italian is a must
