As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant Project Manager to join ABB Tender & Execution Center team based in Aleksandrów Łódzki.
The person employed as Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers in the coordination, management and execution of projects.
Your responsibilities
Conducts analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Engineer;
Prepares materials for, and assists in project reviews;
Updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other project controls systems;
Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Engineer and procedures agreed with the customer;
Assists the project team in preparation of the project document list;
Accurately monitors costs and project cash flow;
Maintains detailed estimate to complete and estimate at completion forecast, analyzes variances by using earned value management techniques and advises project management on any cost and cash flow issues arising;
Performs regular monthly project administrative tasks;
Support Project Managers in order booking activities.
Your background
University degree preferably technical;
Previous administrative work experience;
Very good command of English;
Teamwork, collaboration and good communication skills;
Personality with analytical and methodical approach;
Ability to work independently;
Advanced user of MS Office;
Attention to details;
Nice to have :
Interest in developing career as Project Manager;
