Your responsibilities
Daily dashboards : run and distribute
Ad hoc requests : preparation other meetings (workers council, local management meetings, etc.)
Month end tasks : in charge of reconciliations SAP / TM1 (postings corrections / adjustments in TM1, intercompany eliminations in TM1, currency conversion), issuing reports (NWE region sales volumes;
NWE and country P&L), Flash reporting
Preparation of a monthly reporting package : per country + NWE consolidation - all TM1 based, volumes, P&L, NAR (Net Average Revenue) reports, FTEs, staff expenses, production costs, etc.
Follow up cost optimization initiatives / Update Wave
Preparation monthly management meetings
Support during Forecast process : upload data in TM1, intercompany elimination, run reports
Run contribution margin reports
Support the team on various issues
Our requirements
University degree in economics / finance / controlling
At least 4 years of professional experience in business analysis / controlling
Knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers,
Proactive Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to learn and understand complex business models and systems
Excel / PowerPoint - advanced level
Ideally knowledge of TM1
Fluency in English
Target-oriented, team-capable, and strong communication skills
Analytical skills
