In this role you will be responsible for talent recruitment in ABB Global Business Services Talent Acquisition team in Kraków, Poland ensuring a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs of local functions and to support in some other recruitment related activities.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Advancement HUB East Europe, you will be working closely with our Talent team members in Poland.

Your responsibilities

  • Delivering the Talent Acquisition Processes to implement Global Talent Strategies on a local level, working with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to gain insight into the business talent acquisition needs
  • Own the entire recruitment process from Kickoff to Offering by driving an efficient recruitment process and striving for a high-touch experience for every candidate and manager
  • Proactively attracting and searching candidates by using LinkedIn, etc.
  • Providing expertise, market insights and consultative guidance to assure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach best fit to the business needs
  • Support the provision of timely data analytics and reporting activities, to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment metrics
  • Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Expert Services, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding Partners and external service providers to assure fast, efficient and well-coordinated recruitment process to meet and exceed the business expectations
  • Your background

  • Degree in Economics, Human Resources, or other relevant
  • Experience with full life-cycle recruitment
  • Work experience in sourcing; building Talent Pools
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Experience in Talent Advancement as well as Employer Branding Activities will be a plus
  • Self- driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
