Junior Coordinator with English

Ensuring timely updates of organizational training records within the learning management system
Managing the coordination of training materials, facilities and equipment within the department
Producing monthly and yearly training reports detailing attendees, expenses, effectiveness and other relevant information
Liaising with employees, trainers and the management team to facilitate learning activities
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure contractual and legislative compliancy
Maintaining supplier records and participating in periodic audits
Creating Work Orders, statement of works and other supplier related activities.
Excellent English - C1 level (mandatory)
Experience of providing great customer service
Good communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Orientation to customer’s needs
Ability to give the best performance individually and contribute to team tasks
