For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a : User Help Desk Officer Location : Katowice Responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming support questions and process them according to your level of knowledge
Pre-select the problems and quickly solve as many as possible
Take care of first-level support :
o receipts, classification and completion of user inquiries using the ticketing system
o independent solving simple user problems
o forwarding complex problems to second-level support in the IT departments
Restore file server and Outlook data
Continuously review existing IT manuals and documentation, propose suggestions for improvement if necessary
Update the IT asset information in IT asset management database
Manage users
Manage file server rights
Manage MobileDevice
Report to the head of IT Services and to the director IT international
Requirements :
Vocational training in IT systems administration or as software developer· Good understanding of a wide variety of IT topics, both in PC / laptop hardware as well as software installation and support· 3-5 years’ experience in user support tasks.
Fluent English in speaking and writing, German would be an asset
