Responsibilities :

  • Manage all accounting operations for the entities in scope;
  • Provide and maintains adequate books and records of all financial transactions, ensure timely month end close and reporting;
  • Review financial data and prepare all monthly and annual reports;
  • Prepare and distribute on a timely basis reports to the Corporate Accounting Department according to U.S. GAAP;
  • Report financial information to corporate treasury, real estate, legal, accounting, etc., as required;
  • Supervise all necessary statutory and tax reporting to meet local needs and ensure full compliance of the entities in scope;
  • Supervising work of BPO, develop and align the capability of vendor to the business’ needs cooperating successfully with central GBS organization;
  • Cooperate with BPO and GBS to ensure PtP and RtR processes are performed based on global standards and tools;
  • Identifies and resolves system problems and may have leadership role in maintenance of the systems to support correct process performance;
  • Provides financial strategic insight and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the organization hits its strategic milestones;
  • Manage key relationships with external advisors and auditors.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in progressive roles in finance, including at least 5 years on a similar position;
  • Master's degree in Business Economics / Administration; Professional qualification - CIMA, ACCA - is a plus;
  • Minimum C1 in English is a must;
  • Deep understanding of all P&L and Balance sheet components;
  • Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail;
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytic skills;
  • Strong Business Awareness;
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal involvement from management;
  • Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in transport services;
  • Knowledge of US GAAP;
