ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • development and execution of sales strategy to grow sales volume aligned with present company objectives;
  • prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed / required;
  • create and conduct sales initiatives and actions;
  • resolve successfully the daily issues that require attention while balancing short and long term goals;
  • communicating with key clients and stablishing new contacts;
  • active participation in the preparation of special sales events and promotions;
  • coordination and supervision of the work of specialists and managers;
  • monitor activities and goals by team members;
  • active participation in sales calls;
  • lead by example (attend lunch / dinner entertainment at hotel, attend external events that have sales potential, etc.);
  • generate creative sales solutions to attract new clients and retain existing clients;
  • motivate and lead team with the organizations vision, mission and values at the forefront of decision making;
  • is a member of Hotel’s Executive Committee.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • 3-5 years of experience as a sales leader in the hospitality industry - Luxury Leisure experience is a must;
  • proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Polish and English;
  • extensive sales / negotiation skills on a managerial level;
  • ability to manage a team - strong leadership skills are non-negotiable and must have proven track record;
  • ability to develop and deliver effective presentations;
  • self-motivated and self-driven; ability to work independently;
  • ability to analyze data and establish strategies to drive the business forward;
  • ability to forecast related revenues;
  • extensive organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect;
  • master degree required, additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred.
