Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who are ready to be a part of the team responsible for new scope of Billing Process within our existing Order to Cash processes in the Media & Entertainment sector.
Before you start our induction training we will check if you have :
Experience in O2C area. Experience in billing would be an asset
Strong sense of integrity and accountability
Very good English skills
Very good oral and written Dutch communication skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to enhance process and controls
What will you do?
Processing invoices in the system based on a documentation from the customers
Monitoring pending documentation for non-billed items
Contacting customers to request pending documentation (via e-mail / phone)
Handling customers’ queries related to invoices (via e-mail / phone)
Addressing queries to relevant Client’s stakeholders
Preparing scheduled reports as per agreed deadlines
Working closely with the Client, maintain good working relationship
Participating in scheduled calls with Stakeholders
