Your Responsibilities :

  • Participate in creation and execution of budget for the Affiliate
  • Manage the invoicing process
  • Cooperate with external accounting department
  • Cooperate with controlling department in Germany
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliancy
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Affiliate
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other locations
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Manage the office renting and renovating costs
  • Negotiate new contracts for office rental
  • Your Profile :

  • University degree in finance / economy or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing Affiliate
  • Capability in managing complex organization (engineering, finance, HR, IT, etc.)
  • Fluent Polish and English, German appreciated
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Analytical way of thinking, creative approach to problem solving
  • Personality is more than anything else!
