Job Description
GRD (Global Retail Delivery) is a newly established business / structure as a pilot model in Fujitsu Global Offerings, particularly on Vertical Offering with high Japan HQ / Exec visibility.
Requirement is to build expertise and accountability to analyze and take necessary countermeasures to control, forecast each Customer Delivery Units and Functional Units separately.
Within this role you will :
Lead new strategic business within Fujitsu portfolio
Own P&L & Balance Sheet
Business Support. Acts as contact person to other Finance functions like Accounting, Tax & Reporting etc.
Design financial processes & Manage financial risk
Work closely with Japanese stakeholders
Skills required :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, experience in Controlling area would be an advantage
Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance-related area
Fluent command of English written and spoken
Expertise in Microsoft Office, including excellent MS Excel working skills
Proactive, solution oriented thinking and working
High awareness of cost, budget and risks
Reveal independency and capability to handle end to end responsibilities
Drive and promote continuous improvement culture within the team
Active participation in projects outside of day-to-day duties
Practical knowledge of one of the ERP systems : SAP, Oracle
Practical knowledge of HFM as an advantage
