As our new FP&A ISC SCM IWD Analyst within our FP&A Integrated Supply Chain team, we offer you a great opportunity to be at the core of driving operations performance management via the execution and standardization of key FP&A ISC processes, to support the FP&A finance development in a new exciting organization.

Support harmonization and improvement projects within the ISC domain.

You will be responsible for freight, duties and prebilling processes. You will support and partner with the ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) management in driving IWD (Integrated Warehouse & Distribution) performance, with meaningful analytics and active participation in projects and strategic transformations.

In addition, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the global FP&A community for Freight Audit and Pay process.

You are responsible for

  • Financial planning processes (Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecast) and preparation of monthly performance reviews of IWD cost (including duties) across all businesses and markets, and report out to ISC Management
  • Supporting ISC IWD team and Operations teams to deliver annual performance targets for IWD
  • Supporting the Hoshin initiatives and productivity programs for IWD with finance expertise, using scenario analysis, business cases and mitigation action for duties
  • Performing detailed business analysis on IWD cost developments, forward looking trends and insights to enable corrective actions including savings initiatives for value creation.
  • Acting as the liaison between IM&S F&D (procurement), ISC supply chain and Operations teams on savings initiatives, savings reporting (approving) and corrective actions.
  • Supporting implementation of financial processes and control framework for all systems affecting FP&A SCM (including transport management system (TMS) such as Infodis)
  • Being the Business partner for the Pre-billing team at Infodis to review performance, drive productivity, implement pre-billing rollout plan (onboarding carriers) and monitor month end closing process.
  • Reporting and analysing process of IWD cost and drive continuous process improvements using LEAN mythologies.
  • Acting as first point of contact towards other FP&A COE’s, and finance business partners for all IWD cost related questions and built and maintain a strong internal network to have fast and sharp business support
  • Supporting the harmonization of global operations processes and reporting

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and / or Accounting orientated study. CA / CPA / ICWAI / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
  • 4 to 7 years of working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment
  • Working experience in supply chain (accounting and or controlling) with a full understanding of supply chain and or operations domain
  • Understanding of goods flow and the impact on import duties to support footprint discussions
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools
  • Accountability for timeliness and accuracy of core deliverables (planning, analysis & reporting process and MEC related activities).
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint Experience with reporting & analytical tools
  • Can quickly translate business reporting / modelling ideas into highly automated digital solutions
  • Strong data management skills, can easily transform big data into actionable insights for management
  • Fluent in English
