  • Position Summary

  • Sells company’s software, products and services to new and existing named accounts
  • Maintains relationships with existing named accounts.
  • Understand customer accounts’ business strategies and needs
  • Coordinate all sales activity to solve customer business needs utilizing product strategies, while working cross functionally with product management, engineering, finance and management.
  • Provide market feedback to product managers, engineers, and sales leaders about competitors, customers’ issues and industry trends.
  • Effectively manage an abundant sales calendar that maximizes customer interaction, time, geography, and opportunity follow-through.
  • Requirements

  • Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Have 5+ years of sales experience in B2B sales in Heavy Industry / Automation / Advanced Software
  • Have experience in sales of high level software solutions (IoT, MES, Analytics)
  • Have experience identifying and developing new accounts.
  • Have an intellectual hunter mentality with a drive to win.
  • Be able to build and sustain strategic relationships.
  • Have proficient presentation skills.
  • Fluent business skills in English
  • Driving license
  • Geographically located in central Poland
