WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a member of our EMEA HR Solutions team, you will learn how to became the trustworthy first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting Arrow employees from German speaking countries with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration.

You will have a chance to develop your knowledge in HR area and gain new skills while :

  • Responding to HR related questions via multiple channels (e-mail, phone, and case management system)
  • Educating employees of services available to them
  • Creating and defining process improvements, focusing on its standardization
  • Other general administration duties

  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? :

  • Student at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in human resources, management, business administration or equivalent;
  • At least good English skills, both in spoken and written (B2 / C1 level);
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level);
  • Very good command of MS-Office;
  • Person who is innovative, process oriented, open minded and willing to learn;
  • Person who is customer service oriented, willing to provide our employees with the best-in-class employee services.
