Position Summary :
Primary responsibility is monthly administration of the sales incentive calculations, audit and issue resolution. Quality of this data impacts significant aspects of our business and sales employees including the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive calculations.
The ideal candidate will excellent attention to detail and be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills.
This person will understand the sales incentive plans and administration process and will be able to develop implement and drive efficiency changes within that process as needed.
In addition, this person will be able to think critically and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
Detail-oriented and able to concentrate for long periods of time.
Able to work according to schedule and communicate efficiently and effectively with supervisors and co-workers, including regional co-workers
Perform monthly reconciliations of data to source systems to ensure data accuracy for incentive pay, includes billing data and territory management.
Maintain Microsoft Access databases, accurately and timely, for incentive sales data and territory management.
Monthly data gathering and maintenance for sales roles where manual data collection is required.
Research issues and communicate resolution to Field Sales Incentive Specialists and regional sales incentive analysts / manager
Document process steps as developed and changed.
Investigate questions or issues related to the pay calculations and supporting data and provide resolution in a timely fashion.
Responsibility for auditing and correcting data quality issues on an ongoing basis.
Prepare / update sales incentive program materials for distribution to regional sales incentive manager / analyst and sales employees
Perform ad-hoc monthly analysis and reconciliations to support the administration of sales incentive compensation.
2-5 Years related work experience required, Bachelor required
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
Detail oriented with the ability to analyze, interpret and solve practical problems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Access, Excel and Outlook
Familiarity or background in developing within Microsoft Access database queries and process preferred
Experience with an ERP System, Product Management Software and CRM Software
Familiarity or background in working with SAP Tools preferred
