Your responsibilities :

  • End-to-end management of change / adoption projects.
  • Example : new chat bot tool in the company must be understood, adopted, and finally used daily by end users. Your goal is to achieve it.

  • Creation of change management strategy for our clients in transformation projects
  • Creation and execution of communication with end users (newsletters, posters, leaflets, videos scripts, training guides)
  • Building and implementing modern gamification campaigns
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders like user experience specialists, project managers, graphics team.
  • Well-coordinated teamwork matters when it comes to achieving your goals.

    What do you need to start?

  • You have a background 2+ experience in the above. We are also interested in project managers, marketing or user experience specialists who would like to grow in the direction of change management.
  • Your previous results don’t lie. Just show them to us.

  • You want to run IT projects based on new technologies. We will support you in acquiring the IT knowledge.
  • You have consultant mindset you are open to persistent problem-solving and proactive communication. You will be expected to move towards a mindset of learning the how instead of waiting for instructions.
  • We will support you on this way to change.

  • You know change management methodologies (theory as a minimum, certification is welcome)
  • You know English fluently, and you feel comfortable in conversation with foreign clients and colleagues.
