The Senior Quality Executive role exists to support supply of quality product to the partnership markets in the Europe Mid-Size Cluster Region where GSK operates through a Distributor network.
Main responsibilities :
Implementation and maintenance of an effective QMS to ensure that local operations are in full compliance with GDP, GMP (where applicable) and local regulatory requirements,
Ensuring that all SOP’s for QMS processes are in place, updated and training has been conducted to relevant functions,
Responsibility for the oversight of Product release, Repacking, Distribution,
Managing Product Quality Complaints, Returns, Product Incidents and Recalls,
Managing Deviations and Change controls for the products and processes in scope and Imperfect deliveries ,
Ensuring that Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process is in place and in use to manage corrective and preventive actions,
Ensuring that Auditing process is in place and in use for level 1 (self-inspection) and level 2 auditing. Ensure that all new and existing GxP 3rd party contractors are identified, qualified and audited,
Supporting the development and implementation of policies and processes within the area of expertise,
Leading departmental projects,
Basic Qualifications :
University degree as a pharmacist or in the area of natural sciences or other relevant discipline,
Experience in :
Professional experience 5 years+ in pharmaceutical industry,
Fluent English skills (knowledge of any other European language will be a plus),
Technical understanding of QMS deployment,
Knowledge of the repacking proces,
Continuous improvement mindset.
