We are currently seeking a P2P Transformation Country Roll-Out Leader to lead the P2P Transformation for Poland and Czech Republic to include new technology deployment, organization evolution and deployment of standard processes and procedures.

The role is accountable for working with the global core P2P Transformation team and the local team to drive the complex transformation and associated change management to secure high stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption of the change.

This role requires strong leadership and skill set of communication, team player, project management, action orientation, collaboration and influence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven Procurement and transformational leadership track record, experience building high performing engaged teams, successful project management of complex global initiatives with outstanding results, strategic impact, and high stakeholder satisfaction in the organization.

This role will report to Global Indirect P2P Transformation Program Leader.

What will you do :

  • Project Management : develop the detailed plan for the P2P Transformation (eProcurement technology, global core model and organization transformation) in the country, in line with both the global playbook and local requirements, and execute plan within global roadmap timeframe
  • Collaborate with global core project team, to ensure the specified scope of responsibilities of the global core team are achieved in synch with the country specific project plan
  • Accountability for Master Data cleansing synchronized with strategy established by the Master Data Workstream leader, inclusive of users for the roll-out
  • Lead UAT workstream for the country, inclusive of scheduling, managing Logistics, coordination with the local team, identifying Test group, country specific test scenarios (beyond a core library) and communications to test group and securing UAT KPI expectations
  • Lead Training workstream, inclusive but not limited to scheduling, managing Logistics, validating training content (to include country specific translations), identify power users and training group for formal training, and securing training KPI expectations
  • Lead the Supplier Enablement worksteam, inclusive of the country and entity specific rollout plan, Validate / coordinate SE strategy and plan for Country, identify catalogs validate catalog strategy with catalogue management team
  • Lead Communications and change management workstream, validating global playbook content to ensure meets any localizations and language translations, determining the cadence and sending out communications to organization and to suppliers
  • Lead escalation processes by ensuring follow up, documentation and resolution along with key leader alignment to secure deployment.
  • Report progress of the country transformation plan to Procurement Leadership and key stakeholders as well as driving resolution, stakeholder support for issues and unresolved actions.
  • Lead organization evolution in collaboration with the business transformation project leader and Regional Procurement Operations Manager to achieve performance expectations and compliance to global core model, inclusive of processes, ways of buying, and spend with strategic suppliers.
  • Establish country level governance during project mode, in line with the global governance, to drive compliance, performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • This may require establishing new ways of working, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the region is compliant with the global core model.

    Anticipate transition with the Regional Procurement Operations Manager.

  • Close collaboration with our Global Business Transformation leader and P2P Business Process Owner to ensure the evolution of the organization is supported by our key leaders and change is driven in the right manner to minimize business disruption, while achieving anticipated efficiency targets.
  • The leader is accountable for conducting a project close-out session with the country leadership to ensure all critical success criteria achieved and anticipated performance achieved prior to closing out the project
  • International or local travel required up to 30%.
  • Qualifications

    What will help you to be successful in this role :

  • Track record of successful Procurement Leadership and / or Transformation leadership
  • Previous project management and Procurement / tools and digitization background
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and project leadership demonstrated success
  • Self-driven / motivated individual with strong communication, collaboration and influence skill set
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business in related field (i.e. Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study)
  • Experience working in a global project / matrix organization
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, eProcurement tools, Project Management tools including MS Project, Access and other related digital and project tools
  • Prior regional or global leadership experience, with direct line management responsibilities, including cross culture collaboration
  • Strong English communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong project leader skills with the ability to lead and drive transformations across functions, across different geographical regions
  • Ability to manage and resolve difficult and challenging situations
  • Professional, self-motivated with an ability to achieve results
  • Ability to plan and prioritize a varied and high-volume workload
