In this role, you have the opportunity to
make the contribution to the customer service for medical equipment by supporting spare parts and tools logistics
You are responsible for
Receiving calls, emails and other customer requests.
FSE’s assignment to service orders per skills level, training history, location, combination of open customer orders per city and / or region.
Communication with customers and end users for service planning.
Control over PM obligations fulfilment
Spare parts and tools dispatch coordinated with dispatch of Field Service Engineers to customer sites.
Providing all necessary documents for the business trips of field staff, including FSE’s, subcontractors, application specialists.
Internal and external audits participation in the area of CS order processing. Monthly KPI’s analysis, exploring route causes and taking primary correction steps together with manager.
To execute other tasks assigned by Line Manager required by business needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Fluent English and Russian
Professional experience in fields related to in customer service or supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
