Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian language - possibility of remote working

Tasks on the position :
Maintaining high level of services provided to customers
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with other people
Communication skills including chat, email, phone.
Ongoing technical support
Handling problems to second and third line support (when it is not possible to solve the problem from your level)
Caring for the positive image of the company
knowledge of Slovenian English required (b2 / c1- minimum level required)
important : knowledge of languages, must be able to
communicate freely in the languages mentioned above)
the ability to converse freely on the phone and via chat
availability to work full time
highly developed interpersonal skills
