Service Design Coordinator
The person in this position represents the overall governance and interests of all downstream Service
Design activities during the pre-sales phase of the Bid lifecycle, ensuring governance models have been
followed and all Service Design submissions are being tracked and monitored, whilst also responding to small
More importantly you will be responsible for the following :
Responding to all Service Design mailbox requests, by checking the OAA template has been fully completed with all information.
Assigning new Service Design requests to the Global Service Architects (GSA), ensuring the workload is spread fairly across the team.
Create new opportunities on GEMSTAR when new Service Design Requests come through the mailbox, uploading all associated documentation.
Ensure the emails are forward onto the Service Owners for visibility.
Ensure Global Service Architect has updated the GEMSTAR opportunity with the final submission documents and correct status.
Keeping up to date with developments in Service Design techniques and best practices and applying that
knowledge to Ricoh’s way of working to drive innovation and market differentiation
What we are looking for in you :
In order to be successful in this position you need to demonstrate a very good knowledge relating to Service Architecture / design / service management and ITSM toolsets.
Moreover you need to have experience of the IT Project management lifecycle (specifically transition into support phase).
ITIL Foundation or ITIL Manager and preferably also ISO / IEC 20000 is important for this role. To work effectively, you need to be fluent in English.
