Our FinancialAnalytics & Controlling team within Regulatory Strategy and Business Changeorganization is responsible for providing controlling services to variousdepartments across the world.

FinancialAnalytics & Controlling covers internal controlling topics and supports theorganization in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Theposition within this team mainly involves :

  • Close collaboration with partners and controllers within Regulatory Strategy and Business Change organization to support financial decision-making
  • Own financial data, monthly reporting and support financial planning and budgeting
  • Managing the contract creation process, chasing partners in case of delays and supervising the financial aspects of the contracts and invoices
  • Support data alignment across tool and process landscape
  • Running and challenging the program financials (budget, actuals & forecast), including the receipt, invoice processing and month-end closure (accruals), providing commentary on unexpected deviations
  • Business Management tasks onboarding / offboarding of resources, coordination of overtime, holiday, absences stats, managing team’s organizational charts and accurate costs centers within bank structure
  • Running ad hoc queries and data analysis, providing commentary and calculations
  • Opportunity to question status quo and implement lean models / processes
  • You have between 2 and 4 years of experience in financial area or equivalent education
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are proficient Excel and PowerPoint user
  • You have analytical skills and you like working with number
  • You have excellent interpersonal and coordination skills and are flexible, eager to learn and open for new challenges
  • Previous experience with PMO processes, vendor management and sourcing would be a plus!
