Our FinancialAnalytics & Controlling team within Regulatory Strategy and Business Changeorganization is responsible for providing controlling services to variousdepartments across the world.
FinancialAnalytics & Controlling covers internal controlling topics and supports theorganization in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Theposition within this team mainly involves :
Close collaboration with partners and controllers within Regulatory Strategy and Business Change organization to support financial decision-making
Own financial data, monthly reporting and support financial planning and budgeting
Managing the contract creation process, chasing partners in case of delays and supervising the financial aspects of the contracts and invoices
Support data alignment across tool and process landscape
Running and challenging the program financials (budget, actuals & forecast), including the receipt, invoice processing and month-end closure (accruals), providing commentary on unexpected deviations
Business Management tasks onboarding / offboarding of resources, coordination of overtime, holiday, absences stats, managing team’s organizational charts and accurate costs centers within bank structure
Running ad hoc queries and data analysis, providing commentary and calculations
Opportunity to question status quo and implement lean models / processes
You have between 2 and 4 years of experience in financial area or equivalent education
You are fluent in English
You are proficient Excel and PowerPoint user
You have analytical skills and you like working with number
You have excellent interpersonal and coordination skills and are flexible, eager to learn and open for new challenges
Previous experience with PMO processes, vendor management and sourcing would be a plus!
