Your main responsibilities will be :
Maintain the core employees data in Workday and provide end-to-end support in their HR requests in line with all internal controls requirements
Document creation and eflilng
Handling disciplinary and seperation cases in cooperation with local People Lead
Responsible for core team recruitment including job posting, application management, selection, recruiting coordination, interviews and employer branding activities
Partnering and coaching of teamleaders
Escalate business specific queries to the BU People Experience Team Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC team
Additional point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support
Ongoing coaching of managers in new WoW (using Workday and Employee Center)
Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services by demonstrating proactive customer service mindset
Participation and lead of projects (local / country / Hub scope) in line with PE strategy and objectives
People Experience Advisor is responsible for local end to end execution of operational HR activities for core employees.
The Advisor is the key point of contact to core employees and their managers. Where appropriate the PE Advisor will support implementation of local projects or initiatives and drive the self service journey of employees on site.
Key requirements :
Relevant HR experience
University Degree (BC as min) from law, HR or other relevant business area required or relevant completed commercial educational background, further HR education certificates preferred
Solid knowledge in labour law
HR experience in multinational corporation with global heavily matrix organizations preferred
Good level of English
Continuous improvement mindset and interpersonal savvy
PC savvy (experienced in working with MS Office, especially Excel)
