Your Tasks

Organizing and managing shipment details

Processing transport orders for global material flow and managing transport processes

Contacting our daily transport suppliers

Working with our internal warehousing tool

Preparing and updating Excel reports

Creating transport companies network worldwide

Issuing invoices and supplier rating

Monitoring SLA and KPI’s

Our Requirements

Very good English language (speaking & writing)

Highly developed communication skills

Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions quickly

Proactive and flexible to take over new interesting tasks

Minimum two-year experience in a similar position

Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Readiness to work from 9 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm (Monday - Friday)
