This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.

Regional Sales Manager (Medical Devices) is responsible for the sales results, team management, people development, market penetration and increase of market share of the whole Business Unit (BU) product portfolio in a designated region.
Identifies current and future market trends and business opportunities.

Coaches and supports Sales Representatives (SR) in achievement of sales budgets
Executes the BU strategies in managed territory, identifies opportunities to improve sales performance
Regularly reviews sales results, projects, launches and takes appropriate action with SR and Product Manager
Setts priorities and aligns resources with sales team
Executes effective product launches according to the plan made together with PM
Account Management :
Manages relationships with surgeons and hospital administration in entire region
Addresses educational and administrative needs
Develops appropriate key account plans
Communicates and reviews objectives with SR on monthly basis
Line management of SRs (objectives, priorities, performance, appraisals, talent development)
Analyzes training and development needs, participates on recruitment of new team members (interviews, offer details)
