Position Overview :
The Digital Marketing Coordinator, as a member of the digital operations team, is responsible for supporting colleagues in the daily execution, production, and analytics reporting analysis of multi-
channel marketing campaigns leveraging a suite of digital marketing tools in execution and analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines working closely with colleagues across various departments around the globe.

Key Responsibilities :
Project manage and coordinate on the execution of marketing campaigns
Tracking of performance data from campaigns to measure success and help to incorporate learnings in future campaigns
Work with the director of digital marketing to provide HTML and production support for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with marketing leads throughout the firm on digital campaign support, including providing interactive elements for website and mobile products
Leverage HTML knowledge to improve page layouts and in assisting in the construction of landing pages and email newsletter campaigns
Supporting in the maintenance and data integrity of CRM data, with the ability to understand and communicate complex data structures, processes, and requirements
Preferred Experience and Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed Polish or international university with a consistent record of academic excellence
0-2 years of experience working in a digital marketing operations role, with experience in both design, production and CRM data management and analysis.
Strong analytical skills, patience, and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of HTML, as well as some JS
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus
Experience with content management systems, in particular, Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Google Data Studio
Experience with email marketing tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Basic understanding of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Ability to handle pressure and work to tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to interact with people at all levels of the company
Natural planner and project management mindset a plus
