Your key responsibilities
As a Cyber Security Manager, you are managingpredominantly Cyber Security projects work directly with EY global teams, endclients, and relevant Big 4 teams globally.
An important part of your role willbe to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and externalrelationships.
Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within projectsand share any issues with senior members of the team. As an influential memberof the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach andcounsel junior team members and help them to develop.
This role will be in a focus area in theService Delivery, requires mastery of the technical knowledge of programmanagement inter-
related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitorand control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time,issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
Responsibility including, but not limited to : Operational Management, Human Resources, Finance, Account Management, ServiceDelivery and Quality Management
Definition and design of business, functionaland technical requirements, and technology architecture
System selection and implementation support,and systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
Consistently deliver quality client services bymonitoring progress
Cyber Security cultural andskills enablement and transformational management
Bid and proposalmanagement for clients’ global strategic offerings
Support the client’s team by acting as aninterim team member (e.g. security officer, security manager, security analyst)
Manage and motivate team of professionals withdiverse skills and backgrounds
Skills and attributes for success
Master or Bachelor degree in Electronics / ComputerScience or a similar major
12+ years of sound industry experience in stakeholderrelationship management to successfully lead and manage the program team and stakeholders,and have expertise recognized and requested by customers
Experience in managing professional service deliveryteams
