Job Description Summary
Alexander Mann Solutions is currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant with Fluent German , to work as part of the AMS team supporting our RPO account with Rolls-Royce.
For this role you can be based on client site in Dahlewitz, Germany, or from one of the Alexander Mann offices in Poland, which are in Krakow and Gdansk.
We can offer you flexible working , including the potential to work remotely on occasion.
Your Role :
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment solution. You will deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction, forging close links with your stakeholders at all levels and putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their needs and expectations.
You will be working with offsite sourcing and administration teams and will own the delivery of a variety of permanent recruitment requisitions, which may include specialist, niche and volume campaigns, across a range of sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification briefings and project management of recruitment activity
Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand and feedback on market conditions that require a change of approach
Ensure smooth delivery of our service to the client and candidates
Support hiring managers with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer which you will then deliver & broker to conclusion
Accurate use of our Applicant Tracking system to ensure subsequent reporting information is accurate
Working closely with offsite sourcing teams to ensure they are able to deliver on time quality candidates in line with your clients priorities
Running operational weekly client recruitment update meetings
What We Need From You :
Excellent communication and relationship building skills; managing stakeholders with a partnering approach and providing excellent customer service.
An experienced recruiter, from either in-house, RPO, MSP or agency background.
You will be working with a support team therefore you must be able to build a great relationship with them, delegating tasks effectively and having great time management and prioritisation skills.
Passionate about providing an excellent candidate and client experience
A desire to be involved in shaping the recruitment strategy and adding value to your stakeholder
