This job is accountable for leading a team to deliver product change projects for a business category, training and developing as necessary, whilst leading and delivering larger MEU growth or supply chain reinvention product change projects.
This individual will interface with local & EU Consumer Marketing, plant Business Development, Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights, Procurement, and all functions in Supply Chain, up to management level as appropriate and will be supporting the PCM team to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
