The Senior Manufacturing Operations Finance Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in short and long-
term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
Partner with technical / business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for the cost optimization, productivity, inventory accuracy & utilization, as well as inventory standards setting.
Develop estimates, operating plans during year and annual budgeting, forecasts, reviews, reports (GAAP).
Develop and establish financial policies & procedures.
Leading Standard cost process calculation in manufacturing process and analysis of occurring manufacturing variances.
Lead plants pacing mechanism including weekly estimate to EMEA / Global leadership team.
Perform internal and external audits and ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensure finance compliance.
Being point of contact for key managers in the plant operational teams.
Manage and develop 2-3 analytic finance team members and cooperate with Financial analytics and accounting Center of Excellences on daily basis.
Master’s of Business Administration or Corporate Finance is preferred degree.
Strong experience in financial roles, with preference for manufacturing operations and supply chain environment with experience in managing small team of minimum 2 persons.
