We are looking for an employee (m / f / d) for the CRO Governance Team.
Your areas of responsibility include : The candidate partners with our business units to drive enhancements of the written framework and re-certification of regulatory required documentation.
In this role, you will :
Execute governance i.e. administration of the guidelines, organizational instructions and procedures
Take ownership of reviewing the quality of documentation
Ensure that all mandatory corporate functions and concerned departments have approved the guideline, organizational instruction
Link / reconcile processes to the written framework to consistently enhance the information captured including the consideration of internal controls
Provide support and guidance as a subject matter expert to stakeholders at various levels on guidelines, organizational instructions & procedures
Your tasks also include the annual review and re-certification of the written framework
Perform re-certifications on systems, applications etc. to ensure that systems and other information are available on a need-to-know -basis
Support governance related projects
What you offer :
Governance & policy / procedure admin experience from a similar role
A completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
Must demonstrate knowledge of processes / workflows and practical procedures within a multi-product service provider enterprise.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related subject
Awareness of regulatory environment and implications
Actively listens and interprets requirements, specifications to develop basic functional designs and identifies potential issues and shortfalls
Uses analytical skills to document business processes paying attention to detail
Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and positions
Superior interpersonal skills to network and influence at all levels
Fluent in English
German language skills at least B2 level
