Salary : 18,000 - 24,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) 4,500 - 6,000 USD

What will you be doing in this role?
Extending visibility into the VSF environment by building use-cases and maintaining DataDog SIEM and other infrastructure security tooling
Securing VSFs GCP network perimeter
Working with other teams to maintain cloud asset inventory and consulting on cost-effectiveness / utilization
Identifying and remediating vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in our GCP infrastructure in cooperation with DevOps and other teams
Supporting Development and DevOps teams in implementing new, secure by design cloud infrastructure and deployment of relevant security tooling
Implementing cloud based anti-DDoS / WAF solutions
Cooperating with DevOps team in implementation of Chaos Engineering processes / tooling, maintaining HA of VSF products and ensuring high BC / DR capability
Working with AppSec Engineer and other team members towards full-blown Container Security (K8) capability
Taking a leading role in resolving security incidents that affect our infrastructure
What do we expect you to have?
3+ years of hands-on cloud security experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Experience working with Development and DevOps teams
Familiarity with securing and monitoring Kubernetes clusters
Knowledge of mitigating and implementing tools to mitigate DDoS attacks
Can-do attitude and drive to solve problems, rather than repeating past mistakes
Drive to be the security of yes, we can , rather than a security of no, you can’t . As security we’re trying to help and drive the business, not setup roadblocks
Experience implementing and operating CSPM and SIEM systems
Proficiency in written and spoken English (it’s gonna be hard to work in VSF otherwise)
What else would be appreciated?
Experience with Python / Go and scripting
A drive for automation and limiting repeated manual labor
Working experience with Terraform
