Inviting applications for the role of Collection Specialist with German
Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters
Tracking and reporting collection performance, correct usage of the collection tool
Correctly identify and register disputes
Research and validate disputes
Route dispute to appropriate action owner for resolution
Creating and updating standard operating procedures
Participation in knowledge transfer for the clients
Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes
Perform audit requests and control
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Very good knowledge of German, willingness to use it both on email and on call
Communicative level of English
Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
High motivation and willingness to learn
