The purpose of the role
Junior Talent Attraction Specialist supports recruitment processes for relevant departments in Lundbeck. The key aspects of this position are to attract and select the most qualified candidates for job vacancies who fit Lundbeck’s organizational culture, in close cooperation with hiring managers, and to ensure a good pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.

Talent Attraction will be part of People Services team in Lundbeck GBS Krakow. We will provide a consistent candidate experience throughout the organization and support hiring managers to ensure we attract the best and most suitable talents, at the same time contributing to our aspiring mission to better the lives of people suffering from brain diseases so that every person can be their best.
What will be your responsibilities?
Acting as support in the field of recruitment : taking part in identifying the managers’ recruitment needs, and discussing the recruitment methods and strategy,
Performing interviews and participating in recruitment meetings, providing recommendations on hiring matters, presenting offers to candidates
Taking responsibility for the intern recruitment process end-to-end
Monitoring labor market condition and suggesting solutions addressing recruitment needs, contributing to GBS recruitment strategy
Ensuring that all recruitment standards and procedures in the locations are in line with Lundbeck Global Recruitment Standards and up to date with the GDPR and Labor Code
Following the recruitment process and taking care of data quality
Partnering with talent attractions specialists to ensure all candidates are getting the best experience
Proactively searching for improvements in the recruitment process, implementing optimizations according to the continuous improvement agenda
What we expect from you to bring to the team
Min. 6 months of relevant experience in talent acquisition in an international company with high ethical standards
Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers
University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
English at C1
Good understanding of local labor market
SHL OPQ talent assessment certification would be an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proven track record in building effective relations with a diverse group of stakeholders
Maturity attitude towards challenges and problem solving (being able to work with limited guidance and able to determine information needed to solve more complex issue, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
Proactive in terms of improving ways of working
