The Manufacturing Rotational Program lasts for 2 years and will have 3 rotations each being 8 months in duration. At the conclusion of each rotation you will present to the site leadership team and at the culmination of the program you will present your achievements and insights to our Chief Executive Counsel.
Your assignments will provide you with a holistic view of the Company at the same time as offering practical experiences that aim to help you apply and develop your technical / professional skills and knowledge learned through university as well as developing your soft skills

The requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or similar
Willingness and ability to rotate domestically and internationally (Relocation costs will be supported)
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment is an advantage through internship or similar would be an advantage
Fluent in English language, written and verbal
Very good knowledge of MS Office
