Your tasks in this position :

Assist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organisation including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis,

Draft correspondence on behalf of the Board Member,

Establish and maintain communication links / processes / systems with relevant people in a professional manner,

Other duties consistent with the role where required and / or requested by the Board Member from time to time,

Comprehensive service and organization of secretarial work,

Keeping a calendar of meetings,

Organizing domestic and foreign business trips of the Board Member,

Supporting the daily work of the Board Member and close cooperation with all departments of the company,

Preparation of presentations and reports,

Cooperation with external companies providing services for the Group.

We are looking for people who :

Have experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years),

Can make decisions, are independent,

Speak English and Polish,

Have highly developed communication skills,

Are characterized by high business orientation,

Are characterized by a proactive attitude and professionalism,

Know MS Office very well.
