Helping us to deliver on these promises is the Customer Insights and Intelligence (CII) team which is based at the head office in Stuttgart.
As the Business Analytics Specialist you will support the CII team to gain insights through advanced analytics in order to accurately respond to changing customer needs and trends.
The insights we gain will support the bigger Customer Experience team within DFS on a global level and will provide input to topics such as customer journey design, customer retention and product development to name a few.
