Key responsibilities :
Conducting trainings for specialists in the field of customer service
Onboarding new employees
Preparation of training and training materials
Monitoring the effectiveness of training
Support in the implementation of global guidelines on the Polish market.
We expect :
Experience in conducting trainings in the field of customer service
Fluent knowledge of the English language
Excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of presentation tools.
