What will you do?
Accenture is hiring Financial Close & Consolidation Analyst / Consultant with relevant experience in Finance Transformation programs, incl.
business process definition, functional design, and technology enablement programs focused on financial consolidation, management, and statutory reporting.
Digital Finance professionals support clients in developing Finance Organization Strategies, Optimizing the Close, Consolidation & Reporting processes all by leveraging Performance Management technology capabilities to support our clients’ long-term growth.
Your key areas of responsibility will include :
Interaction with senior client’s stakeholders (C-Suite, CFOs, Controllers) to assess customer business needs, identification, and implementation of improvements to existing processes
Support improvement initiatives in Financial Close, Consolidation and Reporting areas
Create strategies and blueprints that improve operations and refine processes
Find Consolidations solutions for clients and share leading practices across the industry
Supporting functionally the end-to end implementation of Consolidation Solutions powered by leading platform providers (SAP Group Reporting, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close, Tagetik, OneStream, Board)
Who and what we are looking for?
Exposure to one of the following areas : Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, Statutory Reporting, GAAP / IFRS regulations at large multinational companies or IT with exposure to Finance functions
Business acumen, good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals and key performance indicators in the CFO organization
Exposure to finance transformation projects will be an advantage
Ability to solve complex problems and to work based on objectives and goals
Willingness to learn new things and explore Financial Consolidation and Close area
English at professional level; another European language will be an advantage

Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
