Practically, being a nice human and having common sense is important to us (Common sense not being a flower that grows in everyone’s garden!).
We expect teams to take ownership of their own processes and to do whatever they need to deliver great software, for them to continuously learn and hold true to the Agile manifesto - and for you to help them accomplish this.
Some of our teams use Scrum, some use Kanban, some use Scrumban, part of your role is to challenge them on what is the best way for them to deliver amazing software.

We’re eager to learn and grow. Most of the Engineering team haven’t worked in an agile environment and are quickly learning and adapting (and loving the continuous improvement).
The team is already highly collaborative, eager to learn and try new things. Most importantly we’ve also the full backing of the senior management team to put in the right ways of working to suit everyone, to hit our goal of consistency performing engineering team where everyone is happy!
